When you join us - whatever your role - you'll attend a "Welcome to esure" induction course where you'll be given an insight into our history, products and future plans. It's also a chance for you to familiarise yourself with our working methods and meet your new colleagues.
After this, your training will depend on your job. Everyone joining an operational team, such as Sales or Customer Support and Claims, gets an additional 4 week induction programme. This includes product, systems and technical training as well as communication and telephone skills. So, before you take your first call, you'll be fully equipped to deliver the world class service our customers expect.
We constantly develop and revise our training programmes to ensure that they meet the changing needs of the team and the company.
