What did you do before you joined esure?

I was with Thomas Cook for 3 years as a telesales agent taking calls for holidays which were advertised on the Thomas Cook TV channel.

What sort of things does your job involve?

My job involves taking calls generated from a number of sources and trying to quickly build rapport and provide a quotation which will be acceptable to the caller and generate new business for the company.

What do you like most about your job?

I like the opportunity to earn a reasonable wage with the opportunity to add to it with the accelerated bonus system.

What’s it like to work at esure?

It’s a very pleasant environment to work in especially as it is a relatively new purpose built building.

How do you see your career with esure progressing?

I experienced a learning curve when I joined in December 2006 but my next area of learning will probably be for Local Underwriting authority.
