We recognise our responsibility to treat the information we obtain about you with care. Some of the personal information we ask you to provide may be sensitive.

esure Services Limited is the data controller in relation to all personal data, including sensitive personal data you provide in connection with your vacancy enquiry or application for employment.

We will process your data for the purposes of your vacancy enquiry or consideration of your application for employment and, if successful, for the purposes of employee administration, which may include transfer to external suppliers for the purposes of administering company benefits. We may also use your data for more general management and research purposes.  

We may pass your data to carefully selected companies for the purpose of assessing your vacancy enquiry, assessing your application, your employment or where required by law.
esure is required by the Financial Services Authority to ensure that its employees are of good character and are able to perform their job, and it is our policy to complete credit references where appropriate.

If we do not employ you, we may nevertheless retain and use this information for a reasonable amount of time so as to be able to consider your qualifications later if a suitable position becomes available and, if appropriate, refer back to this if you submit a CV or other information to us again in the future, as well as for more general management and research purposes.

In some circumstances your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area.

If you provide details of a referee, it is your responsibility to ensure the person is aware that you have forwarded his/her details and is happy for you to do so.
